For UK buyers Postage & Packing costs are included in the item price.

Non UK orders will have an extra £4.50 per item added at checkout to cover the additional costs of Airmail.

Postage Methods:

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st class. Non UK orders are dispatched Royal Mail Airmail. A proof of posting certificate is obtained for each item dispatched and can be used to claim compensation from Royal Mail if the item fails to arrive.

Dispatch Timings:

We aim to dispatch all orders with 48 hours. If you have supplied your own image or require a picture split into panels it may take a little longer.

Returns:

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.

Returns are accepted only in case of prior authorisation. Returns may be accepted for any reason apart from where damage has been caused by customer miss-treatment.

All items must be returned in original packaging. Items returned that do not meet the above criteria will be returned to the buyer upon payment of return postage costs. Original actual postage costs are not refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for each returned item.

Items must be received within 7 business days once return authorisation has been obtained. Canvas2u will refund you or dispatch a replacement within 7 business days. Please note that you are responsible for all postage and packing costs when effecting a return.
